If you drive commercially and have tested positive for drugs or alcohol under Department of Transportation regulations, you do not get to wait it out and hope it disappears. You are required to complete a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) assessment with a qualified provider before you can return to safety-sensitive work. That is where we come in.

We provide comprehensive, DOT-compliant SAP evaluations for employees who have violated federal drug and alcohol testing regulations. As licensed clinicians and addiction specialists, we conduct a thorough clinical assessment, determine appropriate education or treatment recommendations in accordance with federal guidelines, and guide you through each step of the return-to-duty process. Our role is not to judge you or punish you. Our role is to assess risk, ensure compliance, and help you move forward responsibly and efficiently.

The process includes a virtual evaluation, written recommendations, monitoring of treatment or education completion, and a formal follow-up evaluation to determine eligibility for return to duty. We also coordinate with employers, DERs, and third-party administrators as needed to ensure documentation is accurate and timelines are clear.
